Each jar contains more than a third of a pound of our Canby variety raspberries. More than half of the berries are put through a fine screen to remove seeds and avoid having the jar look like a jar of seeds. The cooking process continues just as with the Cherry Jam.

Simply a combination of Apple Jam and raspberries. The berries are cold pureed to take out the seeds and then folded into the jam at the end of the cooking process to preserve the fresh berry taste.
